For years articles have come and articles have gone. What we find in all of them, which pertain to voter fraud and similar, is they don't seem to intrigue as many of us as we would think. How can a country that prides itself on democracy and freedoms continue to ignore the most obvious threat of all threats against everything we hold dear? When we cast our vote it should be for who we want and not who we are manipulated into voting for. And even worse, how can we continue to trust the most sacred of all democratic rights to computers owned indirectly or directly by the very same people who we cast our votes for? When you are the manufacturer of the game you easily control the players and the outcome.

These three short summaries depict some unbelievable mind boggling stories of betrayal of the worst kind including elected officials, murder and conspiracy. All of these stories originate more than four years ago. I specifically pulled these to demonstrate that we are back at square one 4 years later and still absolutely, no major change. In fact public outrage can be measured as miniscule. Tiny groups with little money or exposure are fighting for the rest of Americans and no one seems to care that they exist.

I am not sure what it will take for people to become vigilant and demand, DEMAND that all rights in a free democracy are preserved. The vote is something that we can no longer allow machines and the owners of these manufacturers and their allies to control any longer. It is time [WAY PAST] that we stand up to these powers and take back the most important power they wield over us.

I hope that after reading these short summaries that you become angry enough to become involved in the solution. Research the net for more information on this incredibly distorted plight to destroy our sovereign rights. Begin to attend hearings, write your Congressman, your Senator, and the press.

 

American Conspiracy

Right now what I'm about to tell you is the most basic, longest running conspiracy in the American system. For that matter if you live in a country with an election process most of you are all part of a similar conspiracy. It's something I like to call the Conspiracy of Change.

We've been led to believe that our vote matters. When was the last time you saw an American President elected and suddenly there were vast sweeping changes? The political parties are a scam. Completely designed to keep people happy without disrupting the government. Let's say the majority of people hate the current President, just can't stand him. Yet a large percentage of the population still supports them. So how do you have an election, change leaders, and yet keep people happy enough that they don't want to revolt?

That's where the Conspiracy of Change comes in. You have to have an illusion of change. The majority who want a new President get their new man. Now the people who hated the previous President are happy because at least they got the old guy out. So now you have the group of people who are loyal to the previous President. So they're happy too.

That's the scam. The population won't fragment into too many groups, you still have the same population believing they have control over the system, and you have a stable government. It keeps people happy without disrupting the system.

A Brief History of Computerized Election Fraud in America

A vote cast but not counted is meaningless. The only way to know that your vote is properly counted is to watch the entire counting process, which is why election law requires an open, public vote count, and makes secret ballot counting illegal. The exact same number of total votes were cast for three elections with a different number of candidates running each time. Channel 7 came even closer; at 9:31 pm, they "projected" the final vote total for a race at 96,499 votes.

It's due to the corrupted vote. It is the stolen vote that perpetuates corrupt city, state and federal governments. --Votescam

The evidence included the shaved wheels of lever voting machines, forged canvass sheets (the sheets that poll workers sign to verify the final vote count), and pre-printed vote tally sheets that were used in conjunction with a lever machine vote rigging device called the Printomatic.

The evidence included videotape of the League of Women voters tampering with ballots in a closed door vote "counting" session. Various individuals and groups are seeking to guide the reform process, including politicians, government officials, voting machine companies, computer experts, activists, and members of the elections establishment.

Every voting system is open to tampering, but paper ballots counted in public are the easiest system to protect and monitor. (It's estimated that only 2% of Americans still vote on a hand-counted paper ballot).

Secret vote counting is illegal. When machines began to take over our vote counting systems, election rigging became an exciting new national industry.

Computerized voting machines are the easiest to rig. There are nearly infinite ways to program the machines to count votes fraudulently. Voting machine companies operate with no federal oversight, certification process, standards or restrictions. Just two companies -- Election Systems and Software (ES&S) and Diebold Voting Systems -- now control about 80% of the vote count in the U.S.

Vote fraud on a statewide and national scale is not possible without the complicity of (among others) corrupt Election Supervisors, Secretaries of State, Judges, voting machine corporations, and top officials of the major media outlets.

The corporate major media networks play a vital role in perpetrating and covering up vote fraud. Election Day media polls are untrustworthy at best, and very likely fabricated to influence voter decisions and to support phony vote results.

The Nuts and Bolts of Computerized Voting

The gravest error of judgment these days comes from those vote reformers who honestly believe that the answer to the butterfly ballot and hanging chad problems in the 2000 election is to embrace the ballot-less computerized voting machine.

Paper Ballots - A Radical Idea

The bottom line is that a computerized vote count is a secret vote count -- and that's illegal. There is no way to do a public vote count with computers.

Election officials and Secretaries of State can manipulate or withhold the final election results to prevent citizens from proving fraud, and rotten Judges can throw out vote fraud lawsuits.

Rep. Tom Feeney (R-FL) Asked Company to Create E-Vote Fraud Software!

Clint Curtis, 46, claims that he built the software for Feeney in 2000 while working at a sofware design and engineering company in Oviedo, Florida (Feeney's home district).

Curtis, in his affidavit, says that as technical advisor and programmer at Yang Enterprises, Inc. (YEI) he was present at company meetings where Feeney was present "on at least a dozen occasions".

Feeney was also concurrently serving as a Florida state congressman while performing those services for YEI. At an October 2000 meeting with Feeney, according to the affidavit and BRAD BLOG interviews with Curtis over the past three days, Feeney inquired whether the company could build a "vote fraud software prototype".

Curtis says that Feeney "was very specific in the design and specifications required for this program."

Curtis had assumed that Feeney, "wanted to be able to detect and prevent that if it occurred."

This program is needed to control the vote in South Florida." [Emphasis in affidavit]

Mrs. Yang then took the CD containing the software from Curtis, reportedly for later delivery to Feeney.

In May of 2001, while at FDOT, Curtis and another FDOT employee, Mavis Georgalis, discovered and then reported several allegations to the Inspector General at FDOT concerning over-billing by YEI --- who had been an FDOT contractor --- and software that was never delivered by the company. Both Curtis and Georgalis were reportedly harassed after filing their complaints about malfeasance at YEI and pressure mounted on the FDOT --- purportedly from the powerful Feeney who was still working with YEI --- to have them both fired.

In November 2001, after Curtis filed his complaints at FDOT, both he and Georgalis' were subsequently sued by YEI "in retaliation" for their complaints against the company. YEI was represented in the lawsuit by Congressman Feeney's law firm.

Curtis was never interviewed by the Ethics Committee concerning his allegations.

After Curtis and Georgalis were fired by FDOT, each attempted to file "Whistleblower Suits" in the state of Florida. The reason, explained Curtis, is that YEI has since avoided all defendants' attempts to depose company employees in the case.

In one particularly chilling paragraph in the affidavit, Curtis explains what became of Raymond Lemme, the inspector at FDOT who was said to be pursing the allegations against YEI, Tom Feeney and the other reported matters:

Curtis discussed in detail, during our interviews, Mr. Nee having placed "wiretapping modules" into software code created by the company. The secret "wiretapping modules", Curtis claims, were to download information from programs built by YEI for contractors, and then either copy or send that information via Email back to YEI. Such software, Curtis claims, was created for companies such as NASA with whom YEI held substantial contracts.

According to both the Curtis affidavit and email dated November 22, 2004 obtained by The BRAD BLOG, YEI is currently under investigation by the FBI.
